Target unbalance

1. Target unbalance
A special feature of VM-BAL is the aimed creation of an imbalance. This is useful, if balancing has to be performed at a time when not all masses have been attached to the rotor. The imbalance is then adjusted such that it counteracts the later mounted masses and neutralizes them.
This procedure is supported by the option to enter afterwards mounted unbalances (see below).
The target point is displayed in the coordinate cross 0/0. But actually, the target unbalance is produced. The tolerance specification is effective as well.
For instance, if an unbalance of 624 gmm shall be produced at 217° and the tolerance is 10 gmm, the tolerance is complied with if the unbalance is in a circle of maximum 10 gmm around the center 624 gmm / 2017°.

Afterwards mounted unbalances

2. Afterwards mounted unbalances
The afterwards mounted unbalances can be detected here to determine the target unbalance. Since it is entered as unbalance and not as mass, the radial position of the unbalances is irrelevant. Up to 9 unbalances with name, value and angle can be entered. They are included in the calculation if the check bos is selected in the corresponding plane.
