The KST94 probe tip sensor is suitable for automated vibration testing in mass production. Its tip is mounted movably. The sensor can be pneumatically approached to the test specimen, for example. The sensor system is mounted vibration-isolated in the linear guide to decouple guide influences. This results in a determined frequency response which allows frequency analysis beyond the resonance range up to 10 kHz. The KST94 has a long service life of over 10 million test cycles.
A calibration solution with clamping device based on the VC120 vibration calibration system is available for the KST 94.
